Very quiet community, friendly neighbors just love everything about the community. Have been living here for 2 years and have never had any problems with the management they are very friendly ladies.
Horrible management. Cats EVERYWHERE. Trash everywhere bc of the cats. Cars parked all over the roads at all hours of the day. Rude and unprofessional owners. Pot holes everywhere. Find somewhere else to live seriously don’t waste your money!! RUN
They do not do their job well, they ask many people for the application money, when they are already rented, they are not good at their business.
I have been living here for about 7 years, very nice & quite community, totally recommend it!
We have lived at Raintree for almost 5 years, we truly love it. If you need a place to live Raintree is great place. My kids love the pool and playground & the manager are very cool....
