I reviewed this when Miss Tina was manager and the other office lady was here and I made a true BAD review because all they did was treat us like we don't pay rent but now with the new management, I've grown to like the way they treat the tenants, it's the 1st having the manager and the other nice woman be very kind and still stand on business lol, they have good maintenance now especially a guy named TREY he helps me the best way he can and he tries and he's nice and to the office Miss Felicia and Elizabeth y'all are the fi... read more
Management team is great but the maintenance crew do terrible work and half finish they have no clue what they’re doing If they get a whole new maintenance crew that actually knows what they’re doing this place would be a five star
Ever since Felicia and Elizabeth have taken over after the last management, they’ve been on top of their game. They have helped me and my family with any issues that have arise regarding my unit. Always greeted with friendly service.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I moved In 01/04/2025, My time here has been a nightmare due to a constant mice infestation. I started noticing droppings in my kitchen and bedroom just a few weeks after moving in. I reported it right away, but the management has been completely unhelpful and slow to act. They sent pest control once, and that was it mice kept coming back. I’ve had to throw away food, deal with the smell of dead rodents in the walls, and listen to scratching sounds all night. The office staff is amazing Mrs.Elizabeth in the office is awesome ishe made my moving really easy and pleasant so ask for her!! The maintenance is awesome and very professional and polite over all very good experience here
