definitely wouldn’t recommend. management is terrible. they can afford to fix and patch new apartments up but fail to manage their property correctly… hot water comes when they want you to have it, they are constantly neglecting the boiler room and residents deal with the issues. leasing office ladies are big amargadas that sit in the office all day doing nothing and pretending to listen to you. they don’t care they never will. they don’t care about their job but quick to collect that rent and apply bs late fees or threaten ... read more
