One of the worst apartment I have ever vist. I can see roaches on path way. I talk to guy who was living there. After talking to him I don't want to lease here. One who want to lease here I don't suggest this.
Ever since Raintree started charging their residents for on-site parking, the entire neighborhood has been affected. Horrible management decision. Raise rent to get higher quality tenants instead of charging for parking!
Poor maintenance quality even product also Repair service is certain slow. Whole apartments have electric gas is not working properly. Every home has story I never recommend this please for living to everyone. Please Don’t think about take lease apartment here

Raintree Apartment Buildings is a deplorable, overpriced nightmare that exploits tenants with sky-high rent while delivering a cesspool of neglect, danger, and filth. The exorbitant rent—far above market rates—buys you a dilapidated apartment with outdated, broken fixtures like 80s appliances that barely function and never get fixed.
