If you try to leave before your contract you will have to pay 2,000$ to terminate your lease. When we did the final inspection we had the apartment cleared and they charged us so much to clean and paint the apartment and we didn't get our deposit back. We had a packaged delivered to the apartment it went missing and when we brought it up to management we showed them proof but they said there was nothing they can do. I have a friend that moved there but she has to pick me up because nvr any visitor parking.
Everything is amazing, the staff are very nice people. I’ve been living here for 7 years, I was very pleased and happy but unfortunately they raised the rent to an unreasonable price for 2 beds and 2 baths.
