Never met an office manager so rude. She forgets shes being paid by us indirectly. Better they find some who has respect for a human being. Maintenance is the poorest. the half bath sink has out since 4months and nobody has still come in to fix it.

Currently living here and I love it. Only issue is visitor parking.
This place is kind of quiet place to live but has bad maintenance because I requested a maintenance to fix my stove and leaking toilet nobody showed up to repair it and the lady at the office is mean talking and unwelcoming person .
The lady at the office don't deserve to be there. She has bad customers skills. very rude, arrogant, don't know how to talk to people. I don't know why yall still have her there. I've heard tenants leaving because of her being rude. Something need to be done.
