Better hope you are a heavy sleeper, the walls are incredibly thin, the buildings are close to very busy road. Had upstairs neighbors blaring music all throughout hours of the day and at 3am almost every night. I called several complaints on them and apartment did nothing but "write a letter" to them. First moved in, found carpenter ants flying all over the apartment, spider webs everywhere and their creators. When fall came got invaded by a ladybug army through my patio windows. Update : I finally received my deposit back on September 30th. Still leaving the review at one star. You will have to jump through hoops to receive your deposit. Watch your bills closely as I stated previously many double charges or incorrect rent amount being charged. I lived in the Raintree Apartments from July 2023 until September 2024. It was great at first they can’t keep managers only one maintenance person pool never been open whole summer hot tub either owner is cheep and won’t put out money to fix then they take storage unit away change locks with out letter this place sucks don’t go there

10/2023-Good apartment management and maintenance staff. My cars have been broken into twice while living here for 1 1/2 years. It’s a nice apartment for the price, the location is good, and the management is good as well. Just wish it would attract a better crowd of residents. Update as of 5/6/2024 At some point in the Last 6 months the apartment management has changed without any warning/ information given to the residents.
