Such a great little event for Halloween and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Couldn’t ask for a better community!
I’ve lived here for 5 years now. Dustin the maintenance person is amazing. He attends to any of my service requests submitted within 24hours. Recently he fixed my sink and drain Thanks Dustin !
Thank you to Dustin and the rest of the maintenance staff for addressing my requests no matter how small and for keeping the complex in top shape.
Better hope you are a heavy sleeper, the walls are incredibly thin, the buildings are close to very busy road. Had upstairs neighbors blaring music all throughout hours of the day and at 3am almost every night. I called several complaints on them and apartment did nothing but "write a letter" to them. First moved in, found carpenter ants flying all over the apartment, spider webs everywhere and their creators. When fall came got invaded by a ladybug army through my patio windows. Update : I finally received my deposit back on September 30th. Still leaving the review at one star. You will have to jump through hoops to receive your deposit. Watch your bills closely as I stated previously many double charges or incorrect rent amount being charged. I lived in the Raintree Apartments from July 2023 until September 2024.
