I had a chance to check out this apartment complex recently and overall it left a pretty good impression. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the common areas didn’t feel run down like some places do. The leasing staff was polite and answered questions without rushing through things, which I appreciated.
Created an appointment with Unique Powell a week in advance to tour property. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time 11AM, the leasing office was locked with a “return at 140pm” time. Very unimpressive. Would not recommend. Will not be looking any further into this property.
I was so excited when I got my keys to move into my new apartment! Everything was renovated. New carpet, new appliances-stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, new laminate floors. Everything looks great. I came with absolutely nothing but my clothes.. Three to four days in and I saw a roach! Omg I was DEVASTATED.. wherever there’s one there more behind.. Drove through parking lot looked ok
Came in to tour with Unique it was an awesome experience although the office work was hectic while I came in she still made a way to assist me with my needs. Will be coming back to do the application!!
