I live here. I’ve never really had a problem, but there has been a few problems here it cost a lot less than most all the other apartments so again you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap then if you stay to yourself no one will bother you then this is the place if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities, good grounds and a phenomenal staff and this is not the place for you
1 star is too generous. I currently live here and have had nothing but issues since moving in. The paperwork was incorrect about move in day and i was given 2 different days. We move in, and go through the checklist of what's wrong and listed that the patio boards were rotting (I'm scared to go out on our patio) and a closet door was broken (among several other things) and we were told "just let us know if the door falls off. Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Roaches everywhere noisy neighbors gunshots police and fire department or emt there every other night… They are money hungry and I’m sure if I didn’t threaten to bring them to court they wouldn’t have given me my deposit back. If you rent from them let them know they have 30 days to give your deposit back or you’re suing in small claims court take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move out.
