Lived at Raintree for the last few years. The apartments were always taken care of and maintenance was responsive. The current staffing there is exceptional, especially Heather from the front office, and Fry and Jeremy from the maintenance team. They were all amicable and loved to interact with residents. Never had a single complaint with any of Fry's or Jeremy's work and Heather would make it a point to say hi whenever she was out and about while I walked my dogs. Definitely recommend this place.
I recently dropped by Raintree Apartments for a tour and was really impressed! Plenty of amenities even a heated pool. The staff was kind and welcoming! Dorothy was amazing. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a place
Heaven was great and informative on all the perks and amenities available , would recommend her to anyone .
