Seems nice on the outside and it's decent as long as you don't run into any issues. I stayed here for three years as a student, there were a few issues but otherwise fine. My apartment nearly caught on fire while I was there, called the apartment office just for them to immediately tell me they weren't going to clean the oven...not "are you okay?" or "is the fire department on the way" nope none of that just "well we aren't going to clean the oven". All I need and more. Onsite maintenance, quiet at night, on site repairmen. Management is also very friendly and reasonable. Nice, safe place within walking distance of many things

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the apartment complex pool, and i am a new resident so it definately made me second guess my decision especially since i pay almost 1000 for a one bedroom. I was there with friends who ARE residents, and how do i know that, ive been to their apartment multiple times. when Michelle, a leasing agent, came to check for pool bands.
