Wonderful staff. They always take really good care of our dogs. Highly recommend them.
I got home from work and found very sick puppet (really old man dog). I called and even though it was near closing time, they told me to come in, did not send me to an emergency Vet hospital. 4 staff stayed and helped, wonderful, wonderful people! Mived here recently from Baltimore, one more reason to love the Midwest people!
we have just relocated to Lee's Summit, Raintree Animal Clinic, is about 2 minutes from our house, I took Maddy their for he rabbies shot..I found the staff professional, friendly, and attentive..Maddy's new vet was warm, caring and explained any questions to me, that I ask..I think we are going to love the place..
We love Raintree. They really cared for our bunnies during and after their procedures. Really appreciate that!
Today was my first experience at this vet office and although it was hard everyone there made it a little easier. We will be moving into the area soon and needed to switch vets. so when my dog (Jade) started not feeling well yesterday I decided to take her in today. It was not good news but Dr. Waltz was so nice and really made me feel like the best decision was to not make Jade live in pain anymore. If we get another dog one day I will def being bring it to this vet.
Great people and great service. Since we have had to go a lot this year with a sick dog they have been so great. I recommend anyone to go here for their vet needs.
