Eric from Rain Tite Roofing & Construction went way above and beyond all my expectation when my roof needed to be replaced. Between Eric and Gabe they made the entire process a lot easier than I thought possible. They worked with my insurance company to insure everything was damaged was replaced the right way. Unfortunately, it’s been over a year and they are still not done with our home. They got the shingles replaced right away but still have to replace all the metal fascia, fix the trim around our windows, and refinish the deck. When we hired them, they said they would take care of everything. They have come back 2 times to replace areas that blew off after they were finished with the roof, but never touched anything else. i didn’t have any work done by these guys because they’re sales men were so pushy and wouldn’t even let me think about anything without shoving it down my throat and trying to get me to sign a contract. i said multiple times i was just wanting an estimate to submit to my insurance and they still wouldn’t stop trying to get me to sign a contract first. very frustrating and unpleasant guys to work deal with.

The Raintite crew worked amazingly fast and did great work. Sam, the owner came by to drop off trailer and supplies when needed. Super happy with our new roof.
