I use to always be happy here but there is no bug removal at the start. All the towels were wet today and the glass cleaner was horrible. I don't know what's going on but I was not happy.
The Mount Zion location is straight trash. I went today and one of the brushes wasn’t working at all and another never even touched my car. I had to go to 4 different vacuums to find one that had any suction at all and it was minimal. The hoses are all broken.
On March 21st at 5:11pm, my car was extensively damaged due to a brush breaking. The attendant stopped the wash and notified me that I had extreme damage to the front end of my car and she would be contacting her manager. I waited for the manager to arrive and a claim was done. I was not emailed the claim due to my email being put in wrong, and then I was told it was forwarded and I never received, so the manager took a small screen shot and sent it to my phone. I have been a fast pass customer for the last 6 months. While they have had no issues taking my money every month it is honestly harder to get ahold of them. My car was damaged this morning and I was told to call and talk to management. I am getting no where so I will be cancelling and I guess continue to call until I get ahold of someone.
We just took our truck through there and they don't pre spray like they used too. When you purchase one wash you used to be able to purchase another for a discounted rate and you don't get that anymore. We went through the carwash and our truck had soap all over it. It looked like it completely skipped the rinse and dry sections. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CAR WASH! NEED TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO WASH OUR CARS. WONT BE SPENDING MONEY HERE ANYMORE!!!!!
