Started off fine, went through and the gentleman put my order in. Wasn't until I reached the actual car wash that it was a disappointment. I was asked if I paid because it didn't go though/he didn't see it. So he stopped the whole car wash process. I went through without a car wash because it was too late to process it. And I had to go back through and the line was now twice as long and sitting still. Not worth the $12.
Car looked better after a trip through this wash compared to others I've tried.
The attendants frequently run cars within inches of each other. Go to another wash.
I had a nice experience till now but during my last car wash I got a scratch on my front and back side of my car's wheel cover. I submitted a damage form at Rainstorm and they totally declined that the damage happened during their car wash. That was really a bad customer experience and I personally feel uncomfortable taking my car again over there.
When are the dryers/wipe down rags going to be fixed at the end of the line? Have not worked for the past 2 months!��
I went through the Main St. car July 21st. When I got out of my car to flip the mirrors back after the were moved from the car wash, I found it scratched the paint all the way through on my bumper, broke my license plate cover AND bent my custom license plate on my BRAND NEW SUV. I have attempted to reach them by email and phone but never got ant response back. Between living in Decatur and Bloomington my husband and I each have had monthly memberships for years. Just went threw and had a lot of bugs on my truck. Assistant manager spent and extra 4-5 minutes spraying down the front of the truck with a pressure washer getting as much off before sending it threw.
