Damaged my new-to-me, previously pristine Outlander. AND led me on as if they would take care of damage. Horrible experience. Make sure you know the EXACT condition of your vehicle before and after.
Like the monthly service. I wash my car much more frequently., which is much better for my car.
After 6 month of our membership and our passenger side mirror always being turned in, some genius changed the rotation of the brushes on 2 station this flipped the mirrors out and the last station flipped them back in place. Good job guys.
My vehicle was damaged at the college avenue location. I filled out a damage claim on the spot. I have attempted numerous times to speak to someone regarding my claim. No response. They are avoiding me like the plague. I have been a fast pass customer for over a year. Employees do not have any insurance information and will not provide any contact information. Why does this have to be so difficult? Be professional.
I went through the Main St. car July 21st. When I got out of my car to flip the mirrors back after the were moved from the car wash, I found it scratched the paint all the way through on my bumper, broke my license plate cover AND bent my custom license plate on my BRAND NEW SUV. I have attempted to reach them by email and phone but never got ant response back. Between living in Decatur and Bloomington my husband and I each have had monthly memberships for years. I have never had a problem here. The attendance I deal with are nice and helpful.
I purchased the monthly deal for 2 reasons, 1) it's not far from my house and 2) I'm disabled and can't wash my own car. Although I do think the monthly plan is the way to go since I park under a tree at home, a couple of the attendants are RUDE! I had one actually yelling at me because I couldn't understand his instructions. When I told him he could be a little clearer with instructions he yelled and told me to pay attention. I'm probably going to end monthly deal after this summer.
