Someone I know who wishes to remain anonymous had applied for an assistant manager position at this location and so far, he has applied 2xs in 2 months. the 1st time he attempted to call, and a lady picked up the phone and as he was checking the status of the application, he submitted she will tell him sorry the manager is not here if you call back at this time, they will be in. ok, Great so call back.... same message.... call back and so on and so on until it became such an irritant he decided to give up on this job. I usually have a decent experience coming to the location on Knoxville Ave. I actually prefer this location; however after this most recent experience I won’t be coming back and will do my business elsewhere. When I pulled up to decide which option I wanted to go with, the gentleman came up, agitated. So agitated that it raised my anxiety. He was on the phone arguing with a woman. There was literally no water coming out half the car wash that was ridiculous for $12! Pick another car wash!
