I usually have a decent experience coming to the location on Knoxville Ave. I actually prefer this location; however after this most recent experience I won’t be coming back and will do my business elsewhere. When I pulled up to decide which option I wanted to go with, the gentleman came up, agitated. So agitated that it raised my anxiety. He was on the phone arguing with a woman. There was literally no water coming out half the car wash that was ridiculous for $12! Pick another car wash!
