Great product and excellent experience every time!! Lance did a great job keeping me informed and took extra time to explain everything.
Lance is a very nice gentleman. He talked with me telling me everything he was doing. Cleaned up after himself, very glad I purchased my RainSoft almost ten years ago.
We rented a system to try out - of course we loved it so we decided to buy a new system I was able to do all of the paperwork via messenger with Rachel - a big time saver, stopped into the office yesterday at 11:30 am to sign the papers, and Lance was there at 2pm the SAME DAY to install the new system! WOW! As usual TOP NOTCH service! Lance even spent the time to answer my questions on the RO system and test my drinking water. Lance even cleaned up when he was done! I HIGHLY recommend Rainsoft - both product and service!
From start to finish the whole process was so easy. Terri B came to my house an hour after I called friday. Explained every option that was available. Took care of the financing for me and set up day and time for installation. R.J. AND Lance promptly showed up Wednesday morning.Had it all installed and working before noon. Love my soft water and any problems I might have, only need to call them. They even will come out and maintain unit. No more headaches for me!!!!!! Thanks guys!!
