Techs installed premium gear quickly and professionally with no issues. I trust the equipment/service will last for many more years.
Lewis returned today to test the system that was installed over 8 weeks ago. Everything tested positive as guaranteed at installation; i.e., softness, chlorine and contaminants are all removed. We love our system.
Our salesman Dan Griffin was so pleasurable and knowledgeable. The transition to order the ALKRO system was done rapidly. The two Technicians were prompt and the installation went perfectly. My Wife enjoyed their demeanor; friendly and professional. We could not be more pleased. The coffee this morning really had a new smoother taste with our alkaline system. You guys are the best! Ive been with Rainsoft of Huntsville for just over a year now. Randy and his team have been awesome from Richard the installer who put my system in to Mike who was at my house yesterday for my 1 year service to change my filters these guys are 1st class knowledgeable experienced and very easy to deal with they keep it simple. Most of all the system does a fantastic job with my water 💦 clarity and quality is excellent I highly recommend them.
Just came back to the Rainsoft family after four years, you never know how much you miss something until it's gone. We had Rainsoft for over 10 years in our previous home, and did not relocate it when we moved. Now settled in our new home, we began to notice dry skin, hair, water spots on kitchen ware, glasses, mirrors and cars...once the demonstration began, it was like deja vu!. So glad to have our Rainsoft System back! Now our home is complete!
This company doesn’t deserve even the one star. Paid $5995. For the unit troubles for day one that they never fixed. After about 2years of headaches I asked Randy (the company owner) about a buy back,and he offered me $200. for the unit back. Guess he thinks he is a comedian. Unit went completely out in about 4 years. Supposed to have 5 year. WRONG THEY WANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO IF YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I Hope anyone thinking about doing business with Rainsoft of Huntsville read all the reviews and complaints On this company. They are real Scam Artist especially there salesmen name Dan. Also check out the reviews for the finance company they use which is Aqua finance. If you do check the reviews and complaints On these two companies I don’t think you will have any trouble making up your mind not to do business with them.
Since our original review was deleted, here it goes again. On May 26, we had a RainSoft salesman come to our house, referred by Home Depot, through the free "water test" service they provide at their stores. The salesman was a magician and showed us all the things that were wrong with our water; such as, PH Balance, Chlorine Content, Parts Per Million of everything that is in our water in North Alabama. RecommendedI am so excited about our new water purification system that we just purchased today. Our rep, Randy, is just awesome. I’m so happy we have done this for the better health of our family! We went ahead and got the air purification machine, too. I want the environment we live in to be the best it can be. Thanks Randy and the men who installed the system!
