I didn’t know how bad the water was in my area until Todd came and did a water test. Lead was found coming directly out of the pipes! After the system was installed I could feel a difference after showers, and even laundered clothes. Less dryness and no more itchy skin. I was told to try laundering my clothes with no soap and after the system was installed I tried it, all the detergent that stayed in my clothes had reactivated and it was sudsy as if I put detergent in the load. Steve was the best he went above and beyond! Very thorough in explaining everything from start to finish, he was very accommodating to my circumstances and my budget as I just bought a new house and he was also very polite and easy to work with. Would recommend Steve and Rain Soft 10/10
