Brandon came to my house to change filters. What a wonderful gentleman he is. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to set my phone to work with the system; plus adding a bag of salt to the equipment which was heavy for me to lift. He is truly an asset to the company and I cannot say enough about him.
Before scheduling a repair or service, message me first, and I'll gladly tell you how to fix your water softener for free. We already got ripped off buying their products, and their service fees are ridiculous. That's why I taught myself how to repair and maintain these units. I refuse to pay another cent to this company.
