Not just poor customer service, but extremely terrible customer service! Poor would be giving them a complement. They installed the softener unit outside as they said they could not install it in the garage because of where my water heater was located. Told me not to worry because they were going to provide me with a custom built cover to protect it from the elements (rain, snow, freeze, etc), and the cover would be installed within TWO WEEKS. They must count to 2 differently than I was taught because it has now been 3 MONTH... read more
