Dave Wilson arrived on time as promised. He was sent to restart my irrigation system and to inspect, repair, and adjust all sprinkler heads. After briefing him where the control box was located and where the 8 zones were located, Dave with right to work analyzing where the problems were and proceeded to make the necessary repairs. An inauspicious start. I had an irrigation system installed on 25-26 November 2019 and was scheduled for winterization on 11 December 2019. As the homeowner, I ran the system one time which was on the evening of 26 November 2019 so I could show my wife how the new system worked. When I activated the front yard zone, one of the sprinklers broke apart, splitting at the base. Okay, things happen, maybe it was a bad head. David Buchner and Brandon serviced our irrigation system the other day. David informed me when issues were found with several heads and replaced them. He also assisted me with setting my controller for aerating and overseeding. Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable
Technician Robbie's visit on 9/18/2019 was punctual, cordial. He confirmed the needed repair and asked about other potential issues. He quickly made one repair, one adjustment, studied a third issue and advised how to proceed with it. What else could you want?

On Monday, we called because we had a leak in the turn on valve. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that they could not schedule an appointment until Saturday. We were eventually able to get the water turned off, but I was disappointed that an appointment could not be made before 5 days. Chris W. just completed the repair.
