the buyer of my home used this broker specifically Brad Schumacher. the closing on my property was delayed by 6 days due to the lack of follow up by Brad. very rude and unprofessional! Not only was the agent Brad rude but also the broker Chris Rains. I had very rude responses delayed responses during the entire sale and no compensation for the expenses I had due to them not doing their jobs! The broker had no idea that there was an issue until I e-mailed him. Doesn't have a very good handle on his brokerage! Do not use them!
