I had a family member rent from here and the storage they were given wasn't clean to start with and when they went to get their deposit back it was cleaner then what they got it for and the lady would not give them their deposit and said it was not clean. Then when I went to call and ask for further explanation she was very rude and even hung up on me! I would suggest going to another storage so you don't get ripped off and lose your deposit. Very sad that people can be so rude and not treat customers right.
