If your in a hurry this is not the hair salon you want to go too. I called on a Monday for an appointment for that Saturday, I called Tuesday to confirm my appointment and they assured me my name was on for Saturday. I go in Saturday morning I waited a good 30 minutes before finally going up to the reception area to see what was going on.
