We prepaid $750 to Paul Hollow, the Rainmaster Irrigation main man, in 2021 to instal new sprinkler nozzles. That was the last time we saw him and he has not returned our repeated calls, texts, or email. Our sprinkler's main pipe is broken and we can't even turn on the sprinklers. July 1st and my elderly father’s system, that Paul installed, has not been opened up yet. Everything in the yard is dying. Paul came a week ago, couldn’t get it running, left without telling my Dad, responded to my Dad’s text and said he’d be back early this past week, never showed, repeated calls and texts, and he promised to come today but never showed. My posting this, as the owner, is not an attempt to over-inflate the company rating. I did so merely to cancel out the false and malicious review that was posted by someone (obviously) speaking for a disgruntled former employee. Before passing judgment, all I ask is that you read the "review," and imagine a customer posting such utter nonsense. Good customer service starts at the top. Thank you to all of my loyal customers, many of whom have been with me for 15 - 20 years or more! And thank YOU for reading!
The person who normally winterizes my sprinkler system was not able to do it, so I called Rainmaster in a pinch to see if someone could come out. They were very professional and came out the same day! I really appreciate the service at a time I needed it most!
Saw him in the neighborhood and asked if he could winterize the sprinklers, jumped right in after he was done with the other customer with a good price and saved me a bunch of time by not having to schedule an appointment and shop prices
