Beware of their "lifetime guarantee". We have been loyal customers for almost 10 years. Today they say we are now no longer in their service area though website says they service North Atlanta, including our neighboring city of Roswell. Seems they don't want to honor the lifetime warranty any more. Just beware!
Dan gave me a free quote and then provided exceptional service replacing and adjusting my sprinkler heads. I am really pleased with the results. I recomend them for your sprinkler needs.
I just called this company to repair my old rain bird controller. Unfortunately, it was just too old ( over 20 yrs). As expected, Gerald first tried to trouble shoot the problem. The controller was replaced and a new and more accessible power source was installed. All the irrigation heads were checked. As per my previous review: They answer the phone; they are on time; they work hard; they educate and help problem solve. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for such impressive service.
We had a minor issue with one of the heads not functioning properly. Dan and his team came out almost immediately after contacting and fixed the problem but also check out the entire system. I am greatly impressed with the speed, professionalism, and team that is part of Rainman irrigation and highly recommend if you're considering lawn irrigation.
