I can't really rate the skill level of the gentlemen who own this company, but I can rate the lack of professionalism displayed by the younger of the two gentlemen who own the company. We had a Saturday appointment that was cancelled because "it was raining in the area he was in" when I contacted him. It wasn't raining in our area, but that didn't matter.
