This company is great! They addressed the problem with our system that the last company couldn't figure out. Awesome customer service! Don't listen to the haters, these guys are fantastic.
Have a contract and we had a pipe crack and flooding patio. They couldn't come out because they were too busy so I declined an appt they offered 2 weeks out. Apparently emergency doesn't mean much. Today, in a pouring thunderstorm, they sent 1 poor guy out to dig a patio I no longer have. Poor guy. He needs to get the raise. I called the office and they thought I was taking their appt 2 weeks later for an EMERGENCY flooding. They got testy. I canceled the contract. Had Rainmakers for several years, they have always been rude to me on the phone, had to schedule my turn on service months in advance, and this year none of the settings for my very expensive plants didn’t work and now they are all dead.
