Annual shutdown completed by George who was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I had a new fence installed and my sprinkler system was compromised. George actually found another problem with my controller which resulted in the damage from the fence installation being not as bad as I had originally thought. This company is great! They addressed the problem with our system that the last company couldn't figure out. Awesome customer service! Don't listen to the haters, these guys are fantastic.
Have a contract and we had a pipe crack and flooding patio. They couldn't come out because they were too busy so I declined an appt they offered 2 weeks out. Apparently emergency doesn't mean much. Today, in a pouring thunderstorm, they sent 1 poor guy out to dig a patio I no longer have. Poor guy. He needs to get the raise. I called the office and they thought I was taking their appt 2 weeks later for an EMERGENCY flooding. They got testy. I canceled the contract.
