Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Christian family owned business. They’ve been around for years, sorry it took so long to write this review.
Bill and his son are the most trustworthy, pleasant people in the water business. I will never call anyone else. Honest and always available, Bill has installed every RO system I've ever had whenever I've moved. If trust and honesty are important to you, go with Rainmaker. Bill is THE water expert in Tucson and a nice guy to boot. Enthusiastically recommended.
Water is always clean and available. Theybhave great customer service.
It's $0.75 for a jug. That's a good except for when it rips you off. there's a sign that says you can get a refund at the food truck or Barber shop. The downside of that is the barber shop is locked up tight and you can only ever get in there by appointment, and the food truck runs out of refund money. I first started using this place because it was significantly cheaper than every other water dispensary in town.
