1st experience today was excellent and they are so close by. We plan an ongoing relationship! They worked us in when we thought it would be several days out.
Had someone come out to repair a leak on our backflow. Was initially told the leak did not exist, then when I showed the inspector the leak, was told it "didn't matter." We just failed our backflow inspection because of it.
I called them for help with my drip line that wasn't working. Spoke with Craig who was very busy (lots of customers!) but he made sure to make time for me. He talked me through a few steps to try and troubleshoot the problem myself before a visit from them, as the solution was most likely something I could fix on my own. No Call No Show to appointment. No EXCUSE - I made an appointment to have my water system turned on with Rainmaker and they NEVER SHOWED up or even called me back to say they were not coming. I had to follow-up a week or two later to find out the reason for not showing was, "we've just been too busy" - You are too busy to call the customer back and tell them you plan on not showing up at all to complete the job?
