They sent email that they will refund and credit points to compensate my unsatisfactory stays in one of their hotel.. but until now still waiting. I was told that it still pending for approval ! Why in the first place that it was not approved, yet they send an email first that they will grant it... 2nd and 3rd follow ups.. no respond...i guess this is a scam..

First of all they have the worst and rudest people working in the executive office ever. And when you email a complain on the hotel they will blow you off and tell you that you won't be informed when you are the one who made the complaint in the first place. And the general manager at the hotel in Winchester will not listen to her employees and treats everyone like dirt. And when corporate office Jeremy refused to send me my W2 he told me to leave him the hell alone not very professional and that's not how you run a business... read more
