I went to Rainmaker to get help with applying for an Australian visa. While they could not act as the forwarding agent for the particular visa that I required, they were super helpful; in particular, Marian. She spent quite a bit of time reviewing the website for what I needed and came up with a web address for me to apply for the visa online. I was able to access the site and submit my visa application. Without Marian and Rainmaker GBD I would have become completely frustrated.
