Absolutely rude to people who are expressing their views on the service that was given. Instead of attack someone and saying that you can post how ever you feel it had no affect on them. Love this place!!!! Very friendly,and great selections!!
Very unprofessional with customers who disagree with their service. Hostile and over all inappropriate. Didn't do a good job on our dog- had burns, and didn't even seen like he had been brushed or washed.
