You have a disabled tenant on oxygen who cannot get in touch with management or maintenance. The air conditioner is broken, putting the tenant at severe risk of heat exhaustion or worse. The tenant cannot even use their oxygen due to the increase heat of the oxygen unit. I will be calling the Yakima Housing Authority and possibly KIMA news to highlight your neglect.
Have you ever tried to reach a staff member.......so many attempts at all times of the day and week and never once has there been a live person to answer. They give an emergency number that goes straight to voicemail and then to say the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Owner/management should be embarrassed!
I do apologize ! Thank you for your input. Management is on site Monday, and Thursday . 8am-5pm
absolutely no management! zero cleanliness. management doesnt take care of units indoor or outdoor
