Wow as older person needed storage Jaime made it so easy & very clear! I had a load to store! Did it without any trouble it was clean safe & secure storage! Lights everywhere ! At first I was apprehensive about the elevator’s on third floor! I would recommended it for anyone ! This facility made it so easy! Thank you Jaime for calming my fears ! Maybe did this once in my life long ago it wasn’t very good experience! Only Rainier for me! I’m 77 senior self reliant!
I don't remember her name but the nice lady out front was able to get us into our storage unit very easily. I changed the size of my unit which was very easy but she had to start over again which I felt bad about. Also we didn't know how to use the doors to get in to use the cards and next thing you know she was there checking on us. Very nice very easy. Thank you
First and second floor is great for storage; however, the third floor during summer is horrible. All the heat rises and there is no air flow. Feels like you are working in a sauna, especially on a hot day. Staff is great no complaints, didn’t give 5 stars due to issues on third floor. Another 3rd floor issue, someone decided to store additional items outside their unit.
