I had an amazing experience with Keau. She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kind. That is by far the best experience I've had at a storage unit facility. Shes the best!!
Súper nice lady working the desk. Gave me a map to the unit and informative about how to enter and leave the facility.
Keau is amazing. Very knowledgeable and efficient. This was the easiest interaction with a storage facility ever. She deserves a raise. Keau is attentive, honest, friendly, well informed and personable. I recommend this Ranier storage especially as long as she is working. I am very pleased with the professionalism displayed. 10/10.
Wow as older person needed storage Jaime made it so easy & very clear! I had a load to store! Did it without any trouble it was clean safe & secure storage! Lights everywhere ! At first I was apprehensive about the elevator’s on third floor! I would recommended it for anyone ! This facility made it so easy! Thank you Jaime for calming my fears ! Maybe did this once in my life long ago it wasn’t very good experience! Only Rainier for me! I’m 77 senior self reliant!
