I have 3 units there. This has been the best storage experience that I've ever had. I moved and I had a death in the family and had to accommodate storage for extra things . All the staff has been great but Karen has helped me so much with all of this, she is a true gem. This company has treated me so well. I have to move back up North and hope I can find storage that has treated me as good as this one. I recommend this company to others.
Karen did an amazing job with helping me get setup in my storage unit. She was very helpful selecting my unit and touring everything. I ended up moving out a couple of months later and in the evening on the spur of the moment when the office was closed bc that is what worked with my schedule. I had planned to call the next day to give my notice.
