I purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz 4x4 Sprinter in June of 2025. After purchasing the vehicle for $39,100 and paying over $400 for delivery to Oregon, my van arrived very dirty, with a hanging headliner & a broken key fob that cost me over $400 to replace. We purchased a box truck from here. From the initial call they were friendly, patient and accommodating. They are about 2 hrs away from me and they pulled all the stops to make sure I had all the information needed before traveling and committing to the purchase.
