My husband recently had surgery here and the experience afterward was extremely frustrating. He was given post-op instructions and phone numbers to call if he had questions. When he tried calling, the receptionist that answered on each of the post op numbers repeatedly hung up on him and telling her coworker "its for ears nose and throat" and hung up instead of helping or transferring him to the correct person by the way my husband didn't have surgery for his ears nose throat.. receptionist was lying to her coworkers saying ... read more
