I was extremely pleased with the job that Rainier Roofing did recently on my home. The crew was very professional especially Caleb, Andrew and Omar. All of the men who worked on my home were top notch; I just did not get all of their names. As a general contractor, we hired Rainier Roofing to install the roof on a new DADU we are building. I worked with Caleb prior to the project to get an estimate and establish our timeline. Communication was a strong point for them including their project manager Andrew. The installation went very smoothly, and the finished product is great. We will definitely work with Rainier again in the future.
Rainier Roofing did our metal roof in 2022 and I was relatively happy with them at the time, but this year I contacted them in May about some soffit that had fallen out and allowed birds to nest in our roof, and I have been trying to get in touch with them since with no success.
