Do not live here, buy or rent a house somewhere else. Way too many people that don’t know how to take care of the community or their homes. Parking is worse than apartments. Just drive around at night and you will see. HOA is a joke and over priced, just look into it before making a commitment. Renter to homeowner ratio is way off and causes alot of problems. What I would say is the mountain looks nice from this area but it’s Washington, you can see the mountain from many locations.
