We live overseas and wanted to move household goods that had been languishing for five years in a storage in Austin to our planned retirement location in Spain. Rainier Overseas Movers Inc recently moved me from California to Israel successfully, competently and within the time specified. The packers were amazing, no damage or breakage when I unpacked 2 months later. Mark L***** guided me and advised my every step, including all the documentation required for overseas shipment. Everything went smoothly on both sides of the globe - it was a true door-to-door experience.

We found Rainier Overseas Movers to be very reliable and responsible. Communication and follow through were excellent and our belongings arrived in good condition. Staff involved with our shipment were very helpful and personable. Highly recommended.

After living in Sydney for 15+ years it was time to stop paying rent on my old storage locker in Boston. It was full of some fragile old items that had been handed down from generation to generation as well as some of my own "toys" from the 1980s and 1990s - many of which were either fragile or mechanically/electrically delicate. Hi folks, a quick (maybe) review on my overseas movement of our household goods from ****** ND to *****, Philippine. I spent allot of hours on the Internet looking a reviews and just general "what to do" type articles. I started the process in the Philippines while we were building our house. Worst moving company ever....unfortunately we completed our move from California to France. It was a nightmare from the beginning to the end ! The movers did not finish the job properly, as the picture of our container below...They stopped working at 8pm. Our furniture was even not packed ...We finished the job with my wife and the supervisor to load the container!! They even had no lights for working outside, they just worked in the darkness. They broke many items.....Never use this company for moving!!

We had a very good experience with Rainier Overseas Movers. We were unsure of our move date from NYC to the UK and our belongings had to go to storage. Although we were a bit disorganized, Matt B. was proactive in making sure we didn't miss deadlines and were kept informed of the process. The movers on both sides were great, there were no surprise fees or charges, and we would definitely recommend them.

This is a terrible company! Do not use, they lost 1 of my boxes and refuse to admit it, no apology no refund nor insurance claim, treated me so rudely. Very shocking! Im in the midst of consulting with a lawyer to go after them.
