My son saw Dr. Johnstone, originally we were to see the surgical assistant, but later in the day after a scheduled appointment had been made there were two cancellations for that day. So I took the later afternoon appointment. Got my son there, filled out the paperwork, and then waited another half an hour 45 minutes just to go into the room.
