First visit at Bonney Lake - very efficient from beginning to end. Second visit at Puyallup - same efficiency & professionalism. I'm impressed that every staff member shows the same professional attitude. This practice has a very good culture.
Dr Putler answered all of my questions today and answered all my questions.
Dr was great!! X-ray tech was great… the nurse Amy on the other hand… has no knowledge of how to care for a patient .. I am still in shock at her manners
Dr Putler did a great job in my hip replacement. All of the staff there have done a great job in the clinic side and on the surgery side.
