Buying a home is undeniably stressful, but finding the right inspector makes all the difference. I was referred to Brad by a trusted source, and he completely lived up to the recommendation. He was exceptionally detail-oriented, his inspection took place on Thursday, with the thoroughly complete and remarkably easy-to-understand report ready by Saturday morning. On top of his efficiency and expertise, he offered to answer any questions I had along the way. Highly recommended!
Brad Albin is a wonderful inspector with a keen eye for details and can articulate things well to people without technical expertise. He conducted the inspection on Friday, and the report landed in my inbox on Monday; great turnaround time. He also was kind enough to answer any questions I had, and helped me navigate contractors to use for my house that needs a lot of repairs. I will recommend him highly to my friends, family and partners.
We needed an inspection done asap and Brad was able to fit it in to our schedule. The inspection was thorough and up to date on the latest building codes. The report was detailed, easy to understand and came with pertinent pictures. I wholeheartedly Recommended Ranier Home inspections.
Brad Albin did a thorough inspection of a condo I was buying, provided a detailed report and explained all potential issue that could arise in the future. Very professional.
