Brad Albin is a wonderful inspector with a keen eye for details and can articulate things well to people without technical expertise. He conducted the inspection on Friday, and the report landed in my inbox on Monday; great turnaround time. He also was kind enough to answer any questions I had, and helped me navigate contractors to use for my house that needs a lot of repairs. I will recommend him highly to my friends, family and partners.
