I don’t think I can say enough good things about the rainier team. Steve came over to give us an estimate. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very straightforward and I didn’t feel at any time that he was pressuring us for the business or trying to upsell us product (like a previous business had done, trying to talk us into replacing our whole furnace). I’m so happy with my experience with Rainier Heating & Cooling. From the friendly scheduling staff to the estimator and install team, everyone was great to work with. They took the time to explain my options, helped me choose what made sense for my home and budget, and had the install scheduled just two days later. The install itself was quick, clean, and professional. I’d absolutely recommend them.
