Rainier Heating & Cooling is quality service, quality product and quality staff. I purchased a heat pump from them several years ago and cannot say enough about the outstanding experience. Recently my heat pump had to be stored for 6 months during construction on the building. They made having it reinstalled seamless. I don't write reviews but this is one company that you should absolutely do business with.

Serviceman was thorough and friendly.
We bought an old house in Tacoma but unfortunately, the radiant heat system in the floors failed. Rainer installed a new system, high velocity hvac by Unico, that is made for old houses without established duct systems. The work was done in a timely manner by trained personnel for two floors. Excellent work by a talented group who were most patient in answering questions. Tech was very friendly, thoughtful and tolerant of our dog who kept trying to steal his tools. He got the job completed quickly and replaced the filter explaining things to us. Yeah Rainier Heating is a “Keeper”
