Thomas from Rainier Heating and Cooling was fantastic—professional, personable, and thorough. He serviced our unit and took the time to answer all our questions in detail. Highly recommend!
Thomas has been super helpful. He found a giant spider and sent it outside on its way. He cleaned everything and was very respectful and polite. I have used Rainier in the past and will use them going forward. I could not recommend enough!!
Their techs are always so respectful. Their office has been wonderful and their billing department has helped me in a complicated divorce/escrow mess. They have been awesome!
Rainier heating and cooling has always been amazing in their responsiveness and quality of work they do. They’ve been taking care of us since we had our house built and have done great in repairing any issues and even handling warranty claims on our behalf. Their team is incredibly friendly and work quickly to get things going and their prices are very reasonable compared to other providers around us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
