**I HAVE NO FAMILY OR ASSOCIATE TIES TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER OR OWNERS** I personally had a pleasant experience living at Rainier Crest Apartments for the three years that I did. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out just recently, Tricia (property manager) was extremely helpful and always ready to assist me with my needs, be it maintenance or questions about my rent. My girlfriend and i just had a really bad experience for the few months that we lived there for. The landlord was just really rude and always in people's personal business. She would alway harass me because her son didn't like me. She just sucked at doing her job. We lived next door to her son. And he was pretty much the same as his mom. He would always complain to his mom " the manager" about my 1 year old son making noise and even told us that we need to train our son like an animal. We're welcoming, nice and quiet, family friendly, peaceful and safe apartment complex :) We have a zero tolerance for trouble or anyone who is causes problems
