Rainier Crest is a very welcoming, nice, quiet, and safe apartment complex Management is very professional and ensures the peace and comfort for all tenants at all times. Sorry to see the bad reviews, from the same family. Unfortunately the tenants were not a good fit here as we're a family friendly complex and have zero tolerance for racism and illegal activity. Prayers and well wishes to him and his family :)

Tricia is worst manager that I saw in wa state she is rude .
**I HAVE NO FAMILY OR ASSOCIATE TIES TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER OR OWNERS** I personally had a pleasant experience living at Rainier Crest Apartments for the three years that I did. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out just recently, Tricia (property manager) was extremely helpful and always ready to assist me with my needs, be it maintenance or questions about my rent.
