My girlfriend and i just had a really bad experience for the few months that we lived there for. The landlord was just really rude and always in people's personal business. She would alway harass me because her son didn't like me. She just sucked at doing her job. We lived next door to her son. And he was pretty much the same as his mom. He would always complain to his mom " the manager" about my 1 year old son making noise and even told us that we need to train our son like an animal. We're welcoming, nice and quiet, family friendly, peaceful and safe apartment complex :) We have a zero tolerance for trouble or anyone who is causes problems
The management at these apartments is incredibly unfair, especially to tenants living near the manager's son. She completely dismisses tenant concerns whenever her son is involved in any conflict. Worse, she enables his disrespectful behavior and threatens tenants with eviction if they dare to address the issue. This blatant favoritism creates an uncomfortable and unjust living environment.
