It's sad that I have to give them such a bad rating because the Dr. is very nice and good, but his front desk staff is, and always has been, rude, and makes you not want to take your pet there. They never smile, and give you the feeling they don't give a hoot about you. I don't know about the back office staff, since I have never talked to them, but since the front office staff is who we see first, they give a horrible impression of the place. Dr. Young and Dr. Deal are fantastic veterinarians and wonderful people. We have taken all three of our fur babies here since 2008 and the experience has always been positive. The cost of care is very reasonable. One of our dogs had a severe liver problem recently, and the staff provided excellent care, kept us informed of all options, and helped us get our little girl healthy again.
