Had an appointment at 7. Came in at 7:05, waited in line for about five minutes because the receptionist decided to have a personal conversation with her co-worker, then answer the phone shortly after that, all while I was waiting. Then after I walk up to the counter at 7:11 she tells me that I missed the 10-minute window and then I have to cancel an appointment I waited over a month to get. They got me in at short notice, took Carr of my abscess tooth, we're very professional.
IF I could give NEGATIVE -10, I would! Dr. Warner is horrible provider and her follow through is piss poor. My brother had a TBI so I am assisting him with care and AFTER her consult she advised us to send his FLMA paperwork to her and then she is silent after many calls emails it almost 30 days of nothing and his job is on the line we show back up to the clinic on a Friday to get things resolved. Everyone is confused and nobody can help and of course the DR Warner is not available. Monday we received a Voicemail advising us... read more
