I had a tour of the facility with Kevin. Not only is it well-appointed with several unique amenities, but it was very, very clean! It's a different experience from going to a big box gyms due to that fact alone. I also met Lacey who is a trainer and massage therapist. Both Kevin and Lacey work hard to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for their members, and as a local business, I'm very happy to support!

Great gym with great owners. Kevin was very welcoming and helped explained the layout. Clean gym, nice modern equipment, and plenty of space. Visiting the area and glad I decided to stop by. Would highly reccomend this place if you’re in need of a good workout with different kinds of equipment.

Love this gym! I was visiting from out of town and I found this gym near to where I was staying. I was not disappointed! Extremely clean, smells phenomenal for a gym and really great new, clean equipment. The owners were very hospitable, great communication before I was even in town to help me get a handful of day passes for the time I was there. Highly recommend. When I come back to town I will definitely be visiting this gym again.

Exceptional gym and owners. I have struggled with neck and shoulder pain for years and one massage with Lacey had me on the road to recovery. Highly recommend for anyone!

Best gym in the PNW. Everything you’d want in a gym, without everything you don’t want. No kids running around, no ego lifters, no mess. Everything is organized and clean. The massage rooms and bathrooms/showers are spotless. If you’re looking for a new gym, I recommend this one.
