Crystal completed our appraisal in a professional and timely manner.
Total scam appraisal. Crystal was told that this appraisal was for a divorce. She over inflated the value of the house by deliberately picking houses that were well above the value/condition/style of this house. Then when the houses were well above the square footage of this house, she used a much smaller square foot cost than the comparable house was worth. For example, the first house was was $328.42 sq'.
